Dr. Amit N. Thakker is a visionary leader and transformative entrepreneur, renowned for his pioneering efforts in integrating the private sector into Africa’s healthcare systems. As the Executive Chairman of Africa Health Business, a leading health management consultancy, advisory, and investment firm, Dr. Thakker is dedicated to improving access to high-quality and affordable healthcare across Africa. He also serves as President of the Africa Healthcare Federation and Chairperson of the Kenya Health Professionals Oversight Authority, where his leadership and expertise guide critical policy decisions and regulatory frameworks within the healthcare sector.
