As the Country Lead for Africa Access Markets at Organon South Africa, Mokgadi is responsible for the expansion of access to women’s health portfolio and services across the African continent, partnering with governments, implementing and development partners, policy makers, and civil society to create enabling environment for women and girls to exercise their power of choice. 

She is part of the leadership team for Organon META cluster (Middle East, Türkiye and Africa), and serves as chairperson for the Board of Directors of Organon South Africa. 

She has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare spanning across public sector, private sector, academia, and pharmaceutical industry in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Mokgadi is chairperson for CoWHA (Coalition for Women’s Health in Africa). She is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, the empowerment of women & young people and believes in making a lasting meaningful impact. 

She also serves on BoD for American Chamber of Commerce South Africa, contributing to creating sustainable socio-economic upliftment
