Natasha Gilani is the Project Manager for the Coalition of Women’s Health in Africa (COWHA) at Africa Health Business (AHB). In this role, she leads the Coalition’s strategic agenda to transform the future of women’s healthcare across the continent. Her responsibilities include policy shaping, governance strengthening, and building strategic alliances that support health equity and access for women and girls. Natasha’s leadership is central to steering multi-stakeholder initiatives that create sustainable and gender-responsive health systems.

• Senior Optometrist & Branch Manager – Jaff’s Optical House Ltd & Eye Room: Oversaw clinical operations and team management, delivering quality eye care services. 

• Business Development Manager – Armchair Insurance Brokers Ltd: Spearheaded strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion to drive profitability and brand growth.
