Paul is the Managing Director of Vantage Health Technologies, a part of the BroadReach Group where the key objectives are to create solutions for the world's most complex health challenges and address inequities in healthcare systems . He has over 30 years of experience with over 20 of those working within large scale IT services companies as well as Enterprise roles from a consultant through to senior executive roles. Paul is a very experienced Practice & Programme Director having been a Partner in KPMG, Hewlett-Packard and IBM GBS, as well as led smaller start-up /disruptive organisations. He is able to offer tangible experience of delivery in transformation and change Programmes. He is a passionate, customer-focused leader leading through values-based leadership. He understands how to optimize core digital systems while augmenting program and company performance through the introduction of appropriate and effective digital solutions. .

As Managing Director for Vantage Health Technologies, Paul applies his extensive 30 years of experience in senior executive roles within consulting and technology firms to ensure Vantage’s AI and machine learning offerings meet client needs while representing industry best practice.

•As Managing Director, Paul is accountable for all aspects of Vantage Health Technologies, which includes overseeing projects across Africa related to diseases such as HIV, TB, Malaria and other NCDs; and in the US related to Population Health and working with Payor’s and Providers in areas such as population health equity.

•Paul is currently the Vantage Executive Sponsor of a project to support the implementation of a national TB and HIV program in Nigeria, under the Global Fund umbrella.

•He is also providing senior oversight of a Vantage project in Nigeria that seeks to support staff and managers of a CDC-funded HIV program to use technology to drive change. He is also providing oversight of a Vantage project supporting one of the largest HIV programme in the world to use data and technology to improve and expand comprehensive clinical and non-clinical HIV care and treatment.

•He has worked in advisory roles as a trusted advisor across many of customers; and has led multiple projects that are based on digital optimisation of the core systems but also an excellent understanding of digital innovation from IBM and latterly Mitie UK Ltd where he has led the Mitie Core strategy and delivery of Connected Workspace.

•He has presented at Research Analyst events, Industry events and Customer events with reference customers that have taken on Digital Innovation.

•He managed multiple SAP/ ERP projects end to end with a wide degree of geographic scope, function scope and complexities.

•Paul has a strong solutioning background and has been responsible for creating world class solutions focused on business results and improvement. Examples are Debt Management in the SAP ISU module, B2E in the SAP HR module, SAP Modernisation and use of RWD tools, Change management for Compliance with SAP, Solvency 2 solutions with SAP, Retail Solutions with SAP, Finance Solutions with SAP and a number of industry . 

•Paul has a wealth of multi-national experience, having worked across multiple continents and holding accountability for revenues, profitability, customer experience and employee experience.
